1 Scallion stalk
1 Or
2 Fresh ginger root
1/8 c Stock
1/4 c Sherry
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 1/2 T Brown sugar
1/2 t Salt
2 T Honey
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut scallion stalk in 1/2-inch sections; mince ginger root. Then
combine with remaining ingredients. Add to pork and marinate.  From
