INGREDIENTS

2 Cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
1 t Dried Oregano
1/4 c Cooking Oil
1/2 lb Cooked, shelled
1 14 oz Tomatoes
Deveined shrimp
1/2 t Garlic Salt
2 1/2 t Salt
1 t Prepared Horseradish
1/2 t Dried Basil
8 oz Spaghetti, cooked
1 6 oz Tomato Paste
Grated Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown garlic, in oil; add tomatoes, salt and basil. Simmer,  uncovered,
for 30 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and oregano; simmer  for 15
minutes longer. Stir in shrimp, garlic salt and horseradish;  heat.
Serve over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese.  Yields: 4
Servings.
