INSTRUCTIONS
In large skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onion and pepper, 5 minutes or until tender. Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
