INGREDIENTS

2 lb Pork
2 T Achiote Fat
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 t Salt
1/2 t Oregano
1/4 t Pepper
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 c Chopped green onions
1 8 oz tomato sauce
3 Hawaiian red peppers
Minced
1/2 c Chopped Chinese parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut pork into small pieces.  In a saucepan, heat achiote fat.  Saute
pork, garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper; lower heat and cook 30
minutes. Stir in green pepper, onions and tomato sauce; cook 1 more
hour. Add red peppers and parsley.  Makes 6 cups.  Submitted by:
