1/4 c Whole milk
2 Eggs – lightly beaten
1/2 c Breadcrumbs
1/2 c Honey
Pepper and salt to taste
2 T Hot mustard
1 t Garlic – crushed
1/4 c Apricot jam

Christine Barabe Something Different on a Budget Meatloaf-6th prize
Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and
pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients
together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional
breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours.  Servings: 6  From
