INGREDIENTS

8 oz Pineapple chunks, drained
1 Onion, chopped about 1/2
Cup
2 10 1/2 ounces each
chicken a la king
1 4 1/4 ounces deveined
medium shrimp rinsed and
drained
2 T Lemon juice
4 c Hot cooked noodles
2 T Bac *Os' imitation bacon
Chopped fresh parsley if
desired
servings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place pineapple and onion in l l/2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover
tightly and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3
minutes, until onion is crisp-tender.  Stir in chicken a la king,
shrimp and lemon juice. Cover. tightly and  microwave 5 to 7 minutes,
stirring after 3 minutes, until hot. Serve  over noodles. Sprinkle with
