INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Coarsely chopped mango
2 T Finely diced red onion
1 t Finely diced jalapeno
2 T Fresh lime juice
Salt and freshly ground
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the mango, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Season to
taste with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside. May be prepared up  to
1 day in advance, covered and refrigerated. Bring to room  temperature
