1 Garlic clove, pressed
1 t Ground ginger
1 lb Lean ground beef

INSTRUCTIONS

30-40 meatballs  Combine all ingredients and blend well. Shape into
balls about 1 inch  in diameter. Bake in 300 degree oven for 12-15
