Spicy Tofu And Fruit

INGREDIENTS

10 oz Tofu, lowfat cubed
1/2 c Apricot halves, dried
1/2 c Prunes, pitted
1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c White wine, dry
2 T White wine vinegar
1 T Cornstarch
2 T Sugar
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Allspice
3 c Rice, cooked brown

INSTRUCTIONS

Put tofu, apricots, prunes, and raisins in crockpot. In small bowl
combine other ingred. Mix to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over tofu and
fruit. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice. Posted to
