3 | T | White Wine Vinegar |
2 | T | Red Onion, Chopped |
1/2 | t | Dry Mustard |
3/4 | t | Salt |
1/3 | c | Olive Oil |
3/4 | c | Strawberries, Sliced |
1 | Fresh Spinach, 10 Oz | |
1 | c | Strawberries, Sliced |
1/4 | c | Red Onion, Diced |
INSTRUCTIONS
In work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife, process sugar, vinegar, the 2 T onion, dry mustard, and salt. With machine running, slowly pour oil through feed tube, processing until thick. Add the 3/4 c strawberries; process until smooth. Chill several hours or overnight. In large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss with dressing. Serve immediately.
