INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
1/2 c Fresh orange juice
1/2 t Paprika
1 t Garlic powder
1/8 t White pepper
1 Spinach leaves
1/2 c Sliced jicama
2 Oranges, peeled bite sized
1 Red onion, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small jar or blender, combine juices, paprika, garlic powder and
pepper: shake or blend until mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready
to use.Wash spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Combine with
prepared jicama, oranges and onion in a large bowl. Pour dressing  over
and toss.  Per serving: 63 Calories; 0g Fat (4% calories from fat); 2g
