8 oz Fresh squid
1/2 Stalk lemongrass
1/4 Coconut milk
1 T Fish sauce
1 T Oil
1 Chilli, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings. Heat the oil and  fry
the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce. Add the coconut milk and  chilli.
