INGREDIENTS

2 t Paprika
1 t Onion powder
1 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Sugar
1 t Salt
1/2 t Black pepper
One 3 – 3 1/2 pound chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, combine all the
ingredients except the chicken; mix well. Place the chicken on a
vertical chicken roaster and rub the seasoning mixture evenly over  it.
Place on the grill, close the grill lid, and cook for 1 to 1 1/4
hours, or until no pink remains and the juices run clear.  NOTE: The
cavity of the chicken should be placed over the vertical  roaster =
that way the heat of the grill can evenly cook it. A  vertical roaster
can be found in almost any department store or  housewares store = and
even in some supermarkets. Cookng time will  vary depending on the type
