INGREDIENTS

1 3-4 pound chicken
1 Lobster
1/2 lb Pike
1 T Smoked ham
3/4 t Salt
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Bone chicken, leaving its skin and natural shape intact (see "How-to
Section"). Shell and mince lobster. Bone and mince pike. Mince smoked
ham. Then combine with salt and pepper. Stuff chicken with mixture;
then sew up securely or skewer. Place in a large heatproof bowl.  Steam
