INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean pork
1/2 t Cornstarch
1 t Soy sauce
3 T Water
2 Cubes Chinese white cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut pork in 1/16-inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl. Blend
cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes and
blend in. Pour mixture over pork. Steam on a rack until done (30 to  40
