INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb Broccoli
1 1/4 c Mushrooms, sliced
1 Carrot, in 2" strips
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 t Lemon rind, grated
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut broccoli into flowerets, peel and slice stems.  Stir-fry
everything 5-8 minutes, ot till crisp-tender.  VARIATIONS  Zucchini-
Substitute 3/4 pound sliced zucchini and 1 cup sliced celery  instead
of broccoli and mushrooms.  Green Beans- Substitute 3/4 pound green
beans, cut in 2" pieces and 1  cup sliced onion for the broccoli and
mushrooms.
