2 Cloves, garlicfinely
chopped
2 t Vegetable oil
I pound frozen peeled and
deveined raw medium
shrimp thawed
3 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
about 8 ounces
1 c L-inch pieces green onions
with tops
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 c Hot cooked rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir-frying makes this delicious dish especially fast and easy to
prepare.  Cook garlic in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat I  minute, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; stir-fry 1
minute. Stir in  mushrooms, onions and wine; stir-fry about 2 minutes
or until shrimp  are pink and vegetables are hot. Serve  over rice.
