INGREDIENTS
6 | Firm, ripe tomatoes peeled | |

1 | 8-oz small curd creamy | |
cottage cheese | ||
2 | T | Chopped green pepper |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
1 | pt | Mayonnaise |
1 | Bottle, 12-oz chili sauce | |
1 | T | Lemon juice |
1 | 6-oz crab meat drained | |
bones removed & flaked | ||
2 | T | Finely chopped celery |
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel tomatoes, core them & cut in eighths, almost to the bottom. Drain. Mix cottage cheese with chopped green pepper. Salt & pepper to taste. Stuff tomatoes with mixture & cover with crab meat dressing. Crab Meat Dressing: Mix ingredients together well & refrigerate. Spoon over stuffed tomatoes. Good on lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
