INGREDIENTS

1 | Nuts, 12 oz. | |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | t | Ground cloves |
1/2 | t | Cinnamon |
1/2 | t | Nutmeg |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In small bowl beat egg whites until foamy. Toss nuts with egg white until evenly coated. In large bowl mix sugar and spices; add nuts and toss until coated. Spread nuts in shallow pan. Bake 3 hours; stir after 1 1/2 hours. Cool and store in airtight container.
