1 | lb | Nectarines, peeled & |

Fresh mint, for garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine water, jam, mint, cinnamon, sugar & lemon in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 15 minutes. Discard mint & cinnamon stick. Add peaches (firmest ones first), nectarines, apricots & plums, simmering 5 minutes between each addition. Continue until fruit is lightly cooked, soft but still firm. Add berries.
