INGREDIENTS

8 oz Softened cream cheese
1/2 c Finely chopped pineapple
1/2 c Shredded coconut
1/4 c Chopped macadamia nuts
substitute can be
walnuts
1/4 c Diced fresh strawberries
1/2 t Ground ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve as
suggested above. If you choose to serve with apple slices or wedges,
be sure to dip cut apples in lemon juice to keep white and preserve
freshness. Makes 2 cups of spread, dip or dressing.  Enjoy!  Converted
