Lettuce leaves
1 c Orange marmalade
1/2 c Raspberry vinaigrette
2 t Grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 T Chopped
Jalapeno pepper
2 T Chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Combine fruit. Arrange on
lettuce leaves. Drizzle with dressing. Refrigerate any leftovers.
