INGREDIENTS

12 oz Onion, chopped
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Inch fresh ginger root
1 pt Red wine
Olive oil
Flour to thicken
JUICE OF:
2 Orange
2 Lime
1 Lemon
2 T Soy sauce
2 t Capers
1 T Malt
2 T Molasses
2 t Mustard
1 t Chili sauce or tabasco
Spices:
pn Nutmeg
2 Pods
4 Cloves, ground
1/2 t Allspice
Black pepper
Cardamon, ground

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the onions, garlic and ginger and slowlycook in the oil until
soft. Add flour to thicken ( thin if you want to marinade). Add
