1/4 c Dry sherry
1/4 t Pepper
1/2 t Garlic power
1/2 c Vinegar
3/4 c Sugar
1/3 Ketchup
3 T Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

From: becktech@txdirect.net  Bake covered at 325 F until tender, about
1 1/2 hours. Pour off  liquid. Bake for an additional 1/2 hour with
sweet and sour sauce.  Sweet and Sour Sauce: Combine above ingredients
in saucepan. Cook over  medium heat until thickened.  Posted to
