INGREDIENTS

5 c Boiling water
Salt to taste
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Sugar
2 T Butter
2 c Cornmeal

INSTRUCTIONS

To rapidly boiling water, add salt and sprinkle cornmeal slowly. Allow
water to boil over meal, a few minutes. stirring briskly to preven
lumping. when well combined, add shortening. Cover and steam fo 5-10
