INSTRUCTIONS
combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk. shape into 2 1/1 oz. portion patties unsing #10 scoop. or make 2 rows of meat mixture in a 2 in pan. bake at 325 degrees until brown. place in steam table pan and cover with gravy. Tomato Gravy: combine drippings and flour.
