We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Likewise we have warning lights that God uses to get our attention when we are not trusting Him. How about anxiety? “Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down” (Pr. 12:25). Anxiety is a sign we are not trusting God for the events in our lives. How about the fear of man? Are people bigger than your God? Are you trusting in people, even your church shepherds more than the Great Shepherd? “The fear of man brings a snare, but he who trusts in the LORD will be exalted” (Pr. 29:25). How about a lack of joy? Trusting God results in abiding in the Spirit which produces spiritual fruit like joy. “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones” (Pr. 17:22). Isn’t it God’s desire to bear much spiritual fruit through you (Jn. 15:5, 8)? Is that happening?

The object of the Christian ministry is to convert sinners and to edify the body of Christ. No faithful minister can possibly rest short of this. Applause, fame, popularity, honor, wealth – all these are vain. If souls are not won, if saints are not matured, our ministry itself is vain. The question, therefore, which each of us has to answer to his own conscience is, “Has it been the end of my ministry, has it been the desire of my heart to save the lost and guide the saved? Is this my aim in every sermon I preach, in every visit I pay?”

INSTRUCTIONS

BAKING COOKIES: 1). Bake only one baking sheet at a time in oven for
best results. If cookies brown unevenly, rotate the baking sheet from
front to back halfway through baking. If you do use more than one
baking sheet at a time, switch them halfway through baking. Space oven
racks 6" apart. 2). Make sure baking sheets do not touch sides or back
of oven. 3). Allow baking sheets to cool between batches. Dough will
spread on warm baking sheets. 4). For bar cookies, rack should be in
center of oven. 5). Watch cookies carefully to avoid overbaking. Check
them at the minimum baking time, then often to make sure they do not
overbake. It is generally better to underbake than overbake. 6). Most
cookies should be removed from baking sheets as soon as they come from
the oven. Use a wide spatula to keep them from breaking. 7). Cool bar
cookies in pan on wire rack. 8). Most cookies should be removed from
cookie sheets immediately after baking. Cool on waxed paper or paper
towels. Only use wire racks to cool cookies that are firm. If cookies
stick to pan before you can remove them, return to oven for a few
seconds to warm them for easier removal. From Gemini's MASSIVE

A Message from our Provider:

“Having convictions can be defined as being so thoroughly convinced that Christ and His Word are both objectively true and relationally meaningful that you act on your beliefs regardless of the consequences. #Josh McDowell”
