INGREDIENTS
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1/2 | lb | Frozen cheese tortellini |
1 | Chicken broth, 10 oz. | |
1 | c | Frozen peas |
1/4 | t | Pepper |
1/4 | c | Freshly grated parmesan |

INSTRUCTIONS
In large pot, bring 3 cups water and garlic to boil. Add frozen tortellini; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Add chicken broth, 1 1/4 cups water and peas; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. Stir in pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
