The most important thing to remember as we talk about sexual purity is this: God is for you! God wants you to win. People often view God as their adversary when it comes to sex: “He’s against me. He’s hates sex. I’m repulsive to Him. He’s ashamed of me for what I’ve done. And to be perfectly honest, I can’t blame Him much.” Misconceptions such as this only serve to convince us that our situation is hopeless and drive us farther away from the arms of Him whose love and support and affirmation are the only thing that will enable us to win this war with the flesh.

Triglie Alla Livornese-red Mullet Leghorn Style

INGREDIENTS

12 Red mullest, cleaned
Flour for dredging
Salt and pepper
1/2 c Olive oil
1 T Chopped garlic
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Bay leaf, crumbled
2 t Chopped fresh thyme
2 c Tomatoes, peeled seeded and
pureed
1 T Finely chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

EMERIL LIVE SHOW #EMIA37  With a cloth towel, wipe the mullets dry.
Season the flour with salt  and pepper. Roll the mullets in the flour.
In a large saute pan, heat  the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the
mullets and pan-fry the  mullets for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side
or until golden. Add  the garlic, onions, bay leaf, thyme, and
tomatoes. Season with salt  and pepper. Bring the liquid up to a simmer
and cook for about 5  minutes. Garnish the mullets with parsley.
