INGREDIENTS

2 c Fresh strawberries, hulled
and washed
1/2 c Raspberries – frozen
unsweetened ones are fine
if fresh are not
available
1 Banana
1 c Peach slices, fresh or
frozen
1 c Raspberry sherbet
1/4 c Brown sugar, up to 1/3 cup
depending on sweetness of
the fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

Liquify the berries and banana in the blender.  Add the peach slices,
sherbet and brown sugar and blend on high until liquified.  Serve
