INGREDIENTS

1 432 gram can chick peas
14oz
2 T Tahini
125 g Virtually fat free fromage
frais 4oz
1/2 Lemon, juice of
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 T Olive oil
1 T Chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients, except the olive oil and the parsley, in a
blender or food processor and blend to a smooth puree.  Transfer the
mixture to a serving dish.  Drizzle over the olive oil, and then
