INGREDIENTS

7 oz 198g can of solid light
Tuna, drained
19 oz 540ml romano beans rinsed
And drained
1/2 c Thinly sliced or diced red
Onion
2 Italian plum tomatoes in
Wedges
1/2 c Sliced black olives
2 T Lemon juice
2 T Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 T Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and
olives. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil.
Pour over mixture.  Toss to coat and serve.  Additional oil and lemon
