INGREDIENTS

1 Whole small chicken breast
uncooked
1/4 c Onion, chopped
1/4 c Celery, chopped
1 10 3/4 oz condensed cream
of chicken soup
8 3/4 oz Whole kernel corn
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c American cheese, shredded
2 T Pimento, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan combine chicken, onion, celery, and 1/4 cup water.  Bring
to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.  Remove
chicken; when cool, cut off meat and chop. Return meat to  broth; stir
in remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for 10  minutes. Posted to
