1 c Water
1 1/2 t Italian Seasoning
1/8 t Salt
1/4 t Garlic Powder
1 6 Oz. Tomato Paste
2 T Grated Parmesan
2 c Hot Cooked Spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS

Coat A Large Skillet With Cooking Spray. Place Over Medium Heat Until
Hot. Add Turkey & Onion; Cook Until Turkey Is Browned, Stirring To
Crumble. Drain Well. Return To Skillet. Stir in Water & Italian
Seasoning, Salt, Garlic Powder & Tomato Paste. Bring To A Boil.  Reduce
Heat & Simmer Uncovered 10 Min. OR Until Thickened, Stirring
Occasionally. Serve Over Spaghetti; Sprinkle With Cheese. 334 Cal.  Per
