1 c Quinoa

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse quinoa thoroughly. Drain.  Place in small  (1 1/2 qt) saucepan .
Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, covered about 15 min. or until all
water is absorbed. Grains will turn from white to transparent and the
