INGREDIENTS

2 Tofu, bean curd
1 T Oil
2 T Sweet soy sauce
1 Whole blended chilli
2 Stalks chopped coriander
2 Stalks chopped spring onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Shallow fry the bean curd with 1tsp of oil until light brown for 2
minutes. Add blended chilli together with coriander and spring onions
in a bowl.  Stir the ingredients together and pour on top of the bean
