INGREDIENTS
1 | kg | Potatoes, boiled and mashed |
1 | t | Turmeric |
2 | t | Sambar powder |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
2 | Sprigs curry leaves, chopped | |
Salt, to taste | ||
For Seasoning- | ||
2 | t | Black mustard seeds |
4 | t | Black gram dal |
2 | Red chiles, broken | |
4 | T | Coconut oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, black gram dal and red chilies. When brown, add turmeric and curry leaves. Fry for a minute and add mashed potatoes, salt and sambar powder. Cook on a low fire till dry. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
