INGREDIENTS
1 | c | Canned butter beans |
3/4 | c | Bulgur, cooked |
3/4 | c | Barley, cooked |
1/2 | c | Quick oatmeal, uncooked |
1 1/2 | T | Soy sauce |
2 | T | Barbecue sauce |
1 | t | Dried basil |
1/2 | c | Onions, finely chopped |
1 | Clove garlic, finely minced | |
1 | Stalk celery, chopped | |

Pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
With a fork or potato masher, mash beans just slightly. They should be chunky, not pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and form 6 patties. Spray skillet with oil and brown patties on both sides.
