INGREDIENTS
1 | c | Whole wheat flour |
3/4 | c | All-purpose flour |
2 1/2 | t | Baking powder |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/3 | c | Softened butter |
2/3 | c | Honey |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
3 | Very ripe bananas | |
1 | t | Cinnamon |
1/4 | t | Nutmeg |
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour together, add baking powder and salt, resift. Cream together butter and honey, beat in eggs, then bananas. Add spices, add flour in 2 or 3 parts. Blend well.
