INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Orange Juice
3 T Lemon Juice
2 T Olive Oil
1 T Chopped Drained Capers
1/2 t Dried Oregano
6 c Mixed Winter Greens
1/2 c Pomegranate Cells
3 T Chopped Olives
2 T Pine Nuts, Toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake
vigorously.  Salad: Toss greens, pomegranate cells, olives and
vinaigrette in a  large bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Posted to
