INGREDIENTS

2 | Bananas, sliced | |
2/3 | c | Light corn syrup |
1/4 | c | Butter or margarine |
3 | T | Orange juice |
1 | t | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1/3 | c | Flaked coconut |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 2-quart casserole, place alternate layers of potatoes and bananas; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients except coconut. Heat until butter is melted. Pour over potato mixture. Cover, and bake in a preheated 375` oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover; baste with syrup by tilting casserole. Sprinkle coconut over all.
