INSTRUCTIONS
~-----------Mix together thoroughly:---------------- 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg yolk ~------Sift together and stir into above mix.------- 1 c. flour Roll into 1" balls, dip in slightly beaten egg white - roll in finely ground nuts. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 min. Remove from oven and press on top with a 1/4 tsp. Return to oven, bake 8 min. longer. Cool. Place tinted confectioners sugar on top. Lois DeMidio
