I WAS IN PRISON, AND YOU CAME TO ME
(Matthew 25:36c)The following testimony is that of a man by the name of Andre.Here is his testimony:
“My testimony to my Christian Brothers and believers in JesusChrist our Savior. I want to thank the Lord for saving me from thelife I was once leading. First of all, I was living in darkness and Ithought that I truly loved the way I was. I used to rip and run thestreets day and night. Messing around with married women and stayinghigh off anything I could get, but I thank the Lord that I never likeddrugs, as far as cocaine or any of the harder ones. I was mostly asmoker of pot and a drinker. I am not saying that that’s O.K., butlike I said I didn’t fall any deeper into the drug scene. Now thatI’m locked up I’ve had the chance to find the Lord and pray everynight that He’ll keep me and make me strong. Since I’ve found theLord my life has changed in many ways. I really feel a lot betterabout myself now. I just want to thank the brothers for keeping mestrong in the Word and to also thank them for being so understandingin the past few months. I thank God for being the wonderful and justLord that He is and forever will be. Grace and peace be to you all.Amen.”
