The Limitations of Personal Conscience In Chapter 2, we discussed the conscience. The conscience is an internal guide into God’s moral will. However, the conscience is limited by knowledge. Every person has an internal line that is drawn by his or her conscience. If you cross that line, you have sinned. We need a baptism of clear seeing. We desperately need seers who can see through the mist – Christian leaders with prophetic vision. Unless they come soon it will be too late for this generation. And if they do come we will no doubt crucify a few of them in the name of our worldly orthodoxy.
