We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Without exception, the men and women I have known who make the most rapid, consistent, and evident growth in Christlikeness have been those who develop a daily time of being alone with God. This time of outward silence is the time of daily Bible intake and prayer. In this solitude is the occasion for private worship.
Donald S. Whitney

Holy Scripture, being God’s own Word, written by men prepared and superintended by His Spirit, is of infallible divine authority in all matters upon which it touches: it is to be believed, as God’s instruction, in all that it affirms; obeyed, as God’s command, in all that it requires; embraced, as God’s pledge, in all that it promises.

FORWARD

This book is about the Holy Spirit; His nature and personality, His character and ministry, His power and authority. If one is simply unfamiliar with the Holy Spirit, this book will help in getting to know Him.

This book is also about prayer and its power and the need for both in the life of every believer. If we are going to express God in the earth, it must, especially in light of the heretical doctrines of “New Age” theology, be done in power. The Holy Spirit was sent to manifest this power and as you will see, His power is released when God’s people pray; pray in the Spirit.
