| 1/2 | c | Roasted red peppers; 1/2" dice |
| 1/2 | c | Capers |
| 1 1/2 | c | Feta cheese; crumbled |
| 1/4 | c | Fresh grated parmesan cheese |
| 4 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| 3/4 | c | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 | c | Red wine vinegar |

INSTRUCTIONS
MAGIC SALAD DRESSING submitted by: cathlin@oneworld.com (Cathlin Bennett, Corvallis, Oregon) Combine all salad ingredients except parmesan cheese. In a blender mix all dressing ingredients.
