We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

The Bible teaches us that our “feel likes” are frequently desires of the flesh. Most of our “felt needs” are idolatrous desires. They are meant to be killed by the Spirit, not indulged. Such is the way of life, freedom, wisdom, and joy in Christ.
David Powlison

Mercy, like the regions of space, has no limit, and as these stretch away before the traveler who looks out from the farthest star, so the loftiest intellect and the largest heart can discover no bounds to mercy. Like our Father in heaven, we are to forgive without stint, forgiving as we expect to be forgiven.

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Breads 1 1 lb. loaf

INGREDIENTS

1 ts Red Star yeast
2 1/3 c Bread flour
1/4 c Rye flour
1 tb Lecithin granules
1 tb Gluten
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dill weed (dried)
1 ts Dried onion flakes
1/2 c Water
1 c Sourdough starter*

INSTRUCTIONS

I just realized that I never added any sugar or dry milk. It doesn't seem
to miss them. Next time I'll add more dill and onion. The jars were almost
empty when my baking fit struck me, so I went with what I had.
I baked it on the regular bake cycle. It rose almost to the top of the pan
and is a lovely golden color. Tastes pretty good, too.
*Starter: 2c all purpose flour, 2 c warm water, 1 pk yeast. Combined and
left in oven all night with the light on. It doesn't have a name yet. Would
"Bubbles" be too optimistic?
