(3 1/2oz) sliced almonds
(chopped but not ground)

Butter

Fresh lime
INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle sole with pepper & paprika. Dip sole in milk; coat both
sides with almonds. Melt butter in skillet over med high heat.
Arrange fillets on bottom of pan, close together but not overlapping.
Fry about 5-7 minutes, turning once until almonds are golden brown on
both sides & fish flakes easily with fork. Use spatula to transfer to
serving platter. Arrange lime slices on top.
