God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
“Sinner” is a present-tense description of everyone, including those who have put their faith in Christ. Of course, those who have called Jesus “Lord” are justified, meaning that they are no longer guilty. Also, they have been given the Spirit, which makes them slaves to Christ rather than to sin. But we all are sinners. Perfection awaits eternity.
The foreknowledge of God is based upon His decree, plan, or purpose which expresses His will, and not upon some foreseen act of positive volition on the part of man.
POUR INTO A CASSEROLE DISH
Add ingredients in order, mixing as you go. Pour over fruit and bake at 350
for about 30 minutes.
This is surprisingly good. Ginger is an unusual spice in apple things, but
it works nicely.
