Butter or margarine. Kitchenaid pie pastry for double crust 9-inch pie.
INSTRUCTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS:Combine sugar,flour,cinnamon,nutmeg,lemon juice and salt;mix
with apples.
Divide pastry in half.Roll to 1/8 inch thickness and line a 9-inchpie
plate.Fill with apple mixture and dot with butter.Roll outremaining crust
and place on pie.Cut slits for steam to escapeand seal edges.Sprinkle with
sugar lightly.
Bake at 400^F for 50 minutes. YIELD:One 9-inch pie.
